John offers a service to analyse and assess the suitability of your horses to continue with clients and meet clients’ goals. He then designs and prepares a plan for the client, so that the client can take over the training of their horse. John implements that plan, and supervises the client’s following of that plan.
One client keeps her horse at CK Equestrian and comes on a daily basis. She trains her horse under John’s supervision and now feels more confident in her ability to train her horse. She is consolidating her skills so that she can continue using the plan at home.
Another client is recovering from an illness and floats horse to CK Equestrian 3-4 times each week for John to continue with its schooling.
If you have a young or green horse we offer to take your horses on the truck to competitions we are attending to increase their travel experience.
If we are going to Sydney Showjumping Club a client’s horse will often travel on the truck and be ridden around at the venue (but not competed). This desensitises horses to the atmosphere of shows and other competitions and will help them to concentrate on the task at hand when at competitions.
